Please read our return policy and Terms & Condition carefully and follow all instructions listed below:

1. Products that are unworn, unwashed, have intact tags, in the original packaging or defected quality can be (Exchanged or Refund).

2. The return policy is not applicable to custom-made ballet costumes, custom photo frames and any specific changes directly for the customer.

3. Confirmation of Return products are required for approval, otherwise (Exchanged or Refund) will not be possible.

Return of Products

1. All products (not including rental of costumes) must be returned within 15 days from invoice date. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.

2. Customers are responsible for return of shipping costs.

3. Write up Instructions of return products must include your name, phone number, order number and telling us if you would like an (Exchanged/Refund).

 Defeated Products

You have 10 Days from your received parcel to provide us with photos of defeated products via Email: Sales@tutusg.com.sg or Whatsapp: +65 8318 0129 . Our company will conduct a thorough review and provide you with feedback accordingly.

Return Address

Return of address will be shared once, confirmation of Return products are approved by us.
