Costume Rental Policy

 

Costume Rental Policy:

1. All customers are required to schedule a try-on appointment with us before renting costumes.

2. Rental of costumes/garments are 1 week period, for longer duration an additional charge of $20 Per day will apply.

3. Rental of costumes/garments will start from the day of the pickup.

Costume Rental Deposits:

All rental require as minimum $150 security deposit (price vary depending on whether single items or complete costume are rented). The standard security deposit is to be charged with the rental fee and will be credited back once rental costumes are return.

Alterations:                                                                                                                    

Costumes/garments made to fit, must be returned in their original condition. Returned altered, damaged, cut, dyed, paint, embellished, tape iron-on bonding web, glued or any type of adhesive and changes will be charged an additional fee with the above security deposit of $150.

Costume Additional Charges:

Normal wear and tear on costumes is expected and won’t incur extra charges. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur damage charges with the above security deposit of $150. Damage charges will be assessed for broken zippers, detached garments pieces, make-up stains, late returning, hidden sewing threads or any mishandling of the costumes/garments that renders the costumes/garments not rentable.

It includes the cost of supplies needed to restore the garment to its original state as well as labour cost. Major damage to costumes, including irreparable tears, or irreversible marks will be assessed at the replacement value of the costume.

Lost of costumes/garments:
If costumes or garments are lost, a fee will be deducted from the $150 security deposit, along with a replacement cost of the items.

We reserve the right to refuse rental of costumes/garments to customers who have mishandled or lost items from us previously.

I have read and understand the Costume/garments rental policies above and agree to abide by them. I agree to pay the charges of mishandling, lost, alternations or security deposit if required.
