• The prices listed on this website are subject to change without prior notice and availability of products is also subject to change.

Bulk Orders, Custom-made & Pre-Orders

• Please note once Custom-made orders are confirm, they cannot be modified or cancelled.

Payment

• Orders will be process once payment is received.

  All transactions must be completed using digital payment methods. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paynow, Paylah and Alipay.

Cancelled of Products

• We highly recommend scheduling an appointment with us via Instagram if you’re unsure about the size of the products. This allows you to try them on before making a purchase on our website, helping to prevent the need for cancellations.

• Reach us by Email: Sales@tutusg.com.sg or Whatsapp: +65 8318 0129 to request for cancellation of products.

• Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 4 days from the order date. Any cancellations requested after this period may incur additional charges.

Returns

1. All products (not including rental of costumes) must be returned within 15 days from invoice date. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.

2. Customers are responsible for return of shipping costs.
